Phlebotomy Technician
The Phlebotomy Technician Program prepares students to perform venipuncture with accuracy, handle specimens correctly, and adhere to essential safety standards. It also covers topics like anatomy, infection prevention, and effective communication with patients, ensuring both technical precision and patient comfort. Through practical lab training, participants gain hands-on experience, setting them up for certification and careers in hospitals, laboratories, or outpatient clinics.
Medication administration DODD
The Medication Administration Program is tailored specifically for professionals within the DODD (Department of Developmental Disabilities), ensuring it meets the unique needs of this dedicated sector. This practical program emphasizes the importance of the 5 Rights of Medication Administration: the right patient, the right medication, the right dose, the right route, and the right time. These principles are at the core of the training, providing participants with the knowledge and confidence to deliver medications safely and effectively. Students will also explore key pharmacology concepts, ethical practices, and precise documentation techniques, preparing them for impactful roles in developmental disability care settings.
CPR
Our CPR Training Program is here to help you learn life-saving skills in a supportive and hands-on environment. You’ll gain the confidence and know-how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants in emergency situations. Plus, we’ll cover how to use automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and assist choking victims. Taught by experienced and friendly instructors, this course ensures you’re well-prepared and ready to earn your CPR certification. Whether you’re a healthcare worker, first responder, or just someone who wants to make a difference in an emergency, this program is for you!
